Dear everybody...
As sous chef at Cafe Diablo I regret to inform you that you won't see much of me this year. Some girl picked our family reunion weekend to get married and I will be at the restaurant if you need me. Not that I can leave with 165 people to cook for at the ranch (aka pack everything over there, feed em, clean up and pack it all back) and the restaurant will be open to serve its average 180 people per night....
Feel free to come visit me and eat some food or dessert or both.
I will try to make breakfasts and stay for as long as I can :)
